How does it work and what can you expect of me.

We plan a no-oblilgation "coffee appointment". In this informal meeting I collect information about the organization, your products or services. Prior to our meeting, I prepare by researching the website and the internet.

If it appears during this first meeting that the organization processes special personal data, the law requires a thorough risk analysis. This Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) identifies the risks and measures which are required. In this search I am able to guide you.

Based on this initial investigation, I provide advice about what may be needed to optimize your privacy policy. And, how I can assist with this.

I can take a large part of the work off your hands. For example, your privacy statement or a register of data processing agreements. Finally we walk through the whole process and we dot the i's and cross the t's.

Upon finalization and concluded that you are completely "Privacy-proof", I advise you to have an annual scan carried out to see whether improvements or adjustments are needed on the basis of changing legislation.
